From scattered processes to AI workflows.

The problem

Client processes were spread across emails, PDFs, ERPs and CRMs. Turning them into software required connecting documents, data and business rules, coordinating human and AI tasks, and keeping a record of each execution.

My contribution

I helped turn service-delivered AI implementations into software for enterprise pilots. I worked on the architecture and full-stack development of workflows with cases, runs, human and AI tasks, and operational history—from integrations and the execution engine to the user experience.

Technical decisions

• AI orchestration engine

  I added decision nodes, triggers, external forms and dynamic task assignment. I worked on bounded cycles, recovery, history and published versions. I integrated conversational intake with OpenAI Agents, tools and structured outputs.

• Enterprise integrations

  I implemented flows with Outlook/Microsoft Graph, Odoo XML-RPC and Zoho to connect email, ERP and CRM with the workflow: triggers, operational data and actions. I also built configurable HTTP connectors with input and response mappings.

• Document pipelines with real client data

  I stabilized email and PDF triggers, OCR, data extraction and case separation to process real client documents. I connected that information with cases, forms and tasks in the workflow.

• Full-stack product development

  I built features with Next.js, Python/FastAPI and PostgreSQL: invitations, onboarding, internal collaboration, advanced handbook editing and workflow execution. In the React Flow visual editor, I worked on real-time collaboration, autosave and performance.

• Quality for frequent releases

  I added CI checks, reusable components, internationalization and frontend modularization to reduce regression risk. I validated features with Pytest, Jest, React Testing Library, MSW and Playwright.

• Working with founders and clients

  I worked directly with founders, engineers and clients to turn operational needs into production-ready rules, configurations, integrations and automations; I clarified requirements, prioritized tasks and coordinated delivery.
